SINGLE ROTOR ORGANIC SHREDDER MODEL OGS-100

The shredder model OGS-100 ideal for processing cleaned organic waste from a max size of 10 cm down to 3 cm. It is powered by an electric motor 3HP, premium efficient, V belt drive and guard. Top feed is 500 x 400mm. Shredder is 500mm in width with a rotor, diameter 350mm.

 

The shredder is constructed from 5mm steel plate; all weld construction and mounted on a structural steel sub-base. The shredder is made of heavy-duty steel construction with anti-corrosion protective paint. 

 

There is no vibration with low RPM and no need for special foundation. 

The rotor assembly employs fixed knives made from high tensile steel, 2 (rows) total 10 knives

60x60x140 mm.  

 

The shredder is operating within permissible noise levels (sound level 75 dB)

The rotor is operated by 3 phase’s electric motor 220/380 volts/50 Hz 

The shredder is supplied with motor starter switch with overload
