It grinds:

• Sugar to an ultra-fine powder used in the chocolate industry and                                                                                                                    the sugar paste industry to design models for the patisserie.

• Wheat to a fine flour with a slight heat that preserves the tricks of the dough
• Kisheck, rice, wheat, maize, spices and more.
