COFFEE ROASTING – MIXING – GRINDING – FILLING PLANT

The Automatic roasting, mixing, grinding and Filling plant move roasted through closed conveyors. 

 

The Destoner separates easily the heavy particles from roasted coffee by specific weight.

 

The Mixer feed the Horizontal Hammer Mill with mixed roasted coffee. You can add in the mixer’s inlet hopper; ingredients, cardamom or different kind of roasted coffee to be mixed.

                                                                          

The Horizontal Hammer Mill, equipped with double phase’s centrifugal grinding system and dust-proof filters. Grind fine coffee or different espresso grind.

 

The Hammer Mill Collector supports the horizontal hammer mills; collect the grinded roasted coffee without any dust.

 

The Coffee Degassing Silo stores the grinded roasted coffee. It is supplied with agitator to take off the gas from the grinded roasted coffee before filling.

 

The plant has Several Production Line; equipped with feeder filling machine outlet: 

- Roasted Coffee Beans fills line.

- Grinding mix line (fine or coarse).

- Grinding line (fine or coarse).

 

The Roasted Coffee Beans Line feed the filling machine with roasted beans.

 

The Grinding Line feed the filling machine with grind coffee.

 

NB: Please precise quality grinding (fine, coarse etc.) and hourly production.

The machines are manufactured according to the European safety rules.
