APPLICATION: The Grain Milling Plant is a robust build quality and exceptional performance ensures an ideal grain milling application. It provides efficient and accurate grain milling thanks to the synchronization between silo, Hammer mill feeder and hammer mill collector.

                                                                                           

OPERATION: The food grain are fed into the hopper of the of screw conveyor which is transported to the vertical silo.The silo is supplied with screw conveyor to feed regularly with grain the hammer mill through the feeder with grain.

Grain Hammer Mill, equipped with double phases centrifugal grinding system and dust-proof filters. It is suitable to grind all kind of food grain. It is supplied with a free flowing feeder. It works on the circulation of the air inside the grinding system. The mill works smoothly also the feeding. In case mill is clogging, the feeding stops instantly. This will save labor and the perforated plate from broken.

At the end of the milling process, an outlet screw conveyor fills directly the bag with collected grinded product.The precisely adjustable of the hammer mill feeding and the silo make the milling process fast and precise.
