We are very pleased to present our solid waste sorting plant model WSP-360. It has a capacity of 3-6 tons/hour. It is composed from:
- SCB-860 Solid waste sorting conveyor belt
- SFB-660 Solid waste feeding conveyor feeder
- SPF-360 Sorting platform
1 – Solid waste sorting conveyor belt SCB-860
Characteristics:
- Belt width 80cm, Length 6 m – High grade wheels
- Height: 80 cm with 15 cm high guards on both sides
- Belt bed is made from polyamide panels 12mm thick
- Belt equipped on both sides with polyamide guards to prevent waste from going
under belt and jamming operation
- Motored geared box power rating: 5.5H
- Variable speed via electric variator fallowing low increments of speed
2 – Solid waste feeding conveyor belt SFB-660
Characteristics:
- Belt width 60cm, Length 6 m
- Guards on both sides high 35 cm
- Belt rubber 4 ply with bumpers to facilitate movement of recyclables
- Belt bed is made from polyamide panels 12mm thick
- Belt equipped on both sides with polyamide guards to prevent waste from going
Under belt and jamming operation

- Variable speed via electric variator fallowing low increments of speed
3 - Sorting platform SPF-360
- Width: 3m, Length: 6m, Height: 1.5m
- Four outlet hopper duct fixed on the platform to facilitate the separation of solid waste
